National Center for Education Statistics (NCES)
NCES is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data that are related to education in the United States and other nations.

The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR)
NIDRR, under the auspices of OSERS, provides leadership and support for a comprehensive program of research related to the rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities. All of our programmatic efforts are aimed at improving the lives of individuals with disabilities from birth through adulthood.

The Office for Civil Rights (OCR)
The mission of OCR, U.S. Department of Education, is to ensure equal access to education and to promote educational excellence throughout the nation through vigorous enforcement of civil rights.

Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)
RSA oversees formula and discretionary grant programs that help individuals with physical or mental disabilities to obtain employment and live more independently through the provision of such supports as counseling, medical and psychological services, job training and other individualized services.
