Stirring Keynote Address on Education Equity
Posted on 10/29/2018
In late August, every educator in Cambridge Public Schools gathered at the high school for the annual Educators Colloquium, a day of inspiring sessions that seek to build shared priorities and set the tone for the school year.

In his opening remarks, Superintendent Salim provided an update on our ongoing CPS District Plan and spoke of the fundamental importance of Equity to achieving our vision of rigorous, joyful and culturally responsive learning. His remarks were followed by a stirring Keynote Address by Dr. Tyrone C. Howard, professor at the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies at UCLA.
