Reflections from Katie
This week is School Home Partnership Night. As you read this, you may be recovering from the event itself, or you may be getting prepared for it. However the event turned out for you, it is important to recognize that the Thursday night event is not, in and of itself, our partnership. Rather, the event is the launching of our partnership for the year. Hear more >>

CitySprouts News: Volunteers Needed
Volunteer With Your Child's Class to Help Press Apple Cider in the School Garden! During our Annual Cider Pressing in October and November, we introduce children and teachers to the school garden by setting up an apple press and teaching kids how to make cider. We would love parent volunteers to help with setup, crowd control, and clean up. As a volunteer, you'll have the chance to sign up for a free raffle to win a fun family activity. Come enjoy fresh cider and see how much the kids love being outside in the garden. If interested, contact Andrea Locke at [email protected] OR contact your child’s teacher :)

Have extra MUGS?
Leave one in the box outside Kristen’s office. They will be used for parent coffee times & meetings as we aim to go green.

Have outgrown WINTER COATS and BOOTS for KIDS laying around? Drop them in the box just outside the Parent Liaison’s office. We are getting ready for an ongoing Take a Coat/Leave a Coat winter wear SWAP. All items must be clean and in great condition. Stay tuned for more details and THANKS!

Have old yarn? Are you really going to finish that scarf you started knitting 5 years ago? If you have moved on to a new project and have extra YARN, Jeff would appreciate donations for use in art class. Drop off in the art room!
