Friendly Reminder: Media Release Form
Good morning parents and caregivers,
Today we enjoyed a wonderful first day and first day back with your scholars. As the year progresses, it is our hope to be able to document community celebrations and milestones like those that took place today in pictures that we can share with you in our emails, on printed flyers, and on our website. In order to take photos of our scholars, we need your approval on the General Media Release Opt-In Form provided in the Annual Student Forms packet from the district that was mailed to your home this summer. We are including a second copy of the General Media Release Opt-In Form today in case you need it, or would like to update your scholar’s media consent status.

Request for Printed Newsletters
Every week we distribute our Tuesday Take Home (TTH). It includes weekly updates about upcoming events, meetings, and possible volunteer opportunities. This is one way CSUS strives to maintain current home/school communication. It is usually sent to families via email in an effort to reduce the use of paper. However we realize not all families have internet access. If you require hard copies of the TTH please fill out the following form. Your child will bring home a copy of the TTH on a weekly basis.
