Back to School Night:
Thursday, October 5 | 6 - 7:30PM
The first month of school is behind us! Please join us this Thursday night at our Back to School Night! The evening is geared toward parents, but we will have childcare for school-aged students. I have gotten back lots of blue sheets to RSVP for childcare, but you can also email Lissa and I will add your children to the list. Please let me know by Wednesday night. The evening will start in the gymnasium with a welcome for our Principal Nancy. After this general introduction, there will be time to visit and hear from classroom teachers in your child's classroom.
We still need room parents in some classrooms! We need at least one room parent in the following rooms: Lacey (103), Golding (107), Healy (106), Favreau (104), Callender (210), Hassett (211), Kuo (212), Karwowski (213), Moloney (306), Stewart (304), and Faucher (305). Please contact Lissa to volunteer!

Please help us plan this annual gathering of all families! In the past we have had families organize cultural displays of various countries and families bring food dishes to share that also represent a specific culture or country. Fliers went home in BackPack Express this week!
Help us plan this year's celebration of our wonderful school community. Planning meeting is Tuesday, October 10th at 8AM.

Danehy Day
Thanks to the efforts of our entire school community, Haggerty’s concession stand at Danehy Day was a huge success! Thank you to the many families who supported our school by baking brownies, donating water or juice, making sandwiches, working the stand, popping and bagging popcorn or stopping by to say hello and buy our delicious food! It was a real team effort and all contributions, big and small, are deeply appreciated. Read on >>
