Halloween Party
Community School did it again with another amazing Halloween Party. A huge thank you to Katie and Rachelle and their crew for working so hard to make this year's Halloween Party so awesome!
Lexington Field Trip
On Friday, November 3rd, the Upper Elementary had exciting field trip to Lexington, MA. We went to the visitors center and watched an engaging movie on the battle and events leading up to the American Revolution. Afterwards, a Patriot came and spoke to us about the life and times. He then had us march outside where he did a demonstration and we got to see him shoot his musket twice. We then walked to Paul Revere's capture site and then onto Hartwell Tavern, stopping along the way to read and think about how those soldiers and Patriots marched all this way to fight for freedom. Fun fact, the British soldiers only took Revere's horse from him and then let Paul Revere go on foot.
