Happy Holidays!
The Tobin Montessori School wishes you and your family a Happy Holiday Season!
Visiting Friend
Claire Collins, a former Kindergarten student of room 284, read to children during this festive season. She read the book "Olive the Other Reindeer" to children. Children enjoyed the book and were glad to see a former friend visiting them. That reminds us the song "a circle is round and has no ends, that's how long I want to be your friend."
Science & Art Study!
Children in room 279 and 210 are studying parts and functions of amphibians, mammals, fish, reptiles and birds. Each child in room 279 and 210 either picked fish, turtle, bird, frog or a horse pattern and made a two dimensional model out of clay with the help from the art teacher, Ms. Yuliya. After we made the clay model, we labeled the parts.
Everyone did a great job!

Winter Potluck
Room 283 Winter Potluck Breakfast was a big success! Parents shared breakfast dishes that were traditional for their culture or favorite of the families. Thank you to Aleksandra and Kerry, our wonderful Room Parents, for organizing the event.
