October Welcome: Wake Me Up When September Ends

We are officially one month into the school year! It’s been a learning curve and transition for many of us, with position changes and adapting to different work styles all around. We’re dusting off our culinary chops in our kitchens once again, while remembering to offer a fruit and/or vegetable to each and every student, all with a smile! We hope the school year only goes up from here.

This is our first installment of a department-only monthly newsletter! We want to feature the GREAT things YOU do for students. Thank you for your hard work in making our Food & Nutrition Services team one of the best in the nation!

Your friendly neighborhood office dietitian,

Shennie Quintanilla
