Canned Food Drive

The CSUS Student Council will continue to collect canned food and non perishable food items within the main office. If you are a CSUS family in need of support this Winter please reach out to the CSUS Family Liaison Mr. Adams.

CSUS / KO Book Fair

The CSUS/KO Book Fair is up and running in the multipurpose room! It's open during school on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week and open for families to shop every day until 3:30PM and on Tuesday from 4:30 - 8:30PM. There are books for all ages! Proceeds benefit the CSUS/KO library collections and help fund author visits.

Winter Showcase | Thursday, December 19th | 6:30PM
Caregivers we are gearing up for our upcoming Winter Showcase which will highlight amazing things happening in our Performing Arts Department! Please stay tuned for your child’s musical or dance program director regarding upcoming rehearsals and call times.

Also, we are extremely excited to share that our CSUS Chorus has been invited & will debut in the upcoming City of Cambridge Concerts in December!

Breakthrough Academic Enrichment Program 

When: Year round starting summer after 6th grade. 6 week summer session and once a week during the school year.

iFp Creative Doers (Free)
When: Thursdays | 3:30-6:30PM

(10 weeks- pottery, drawing/painting, printmaking, stop animation)

Instructional basketball program for boys and girls grades 3 - 6.

Introduces students to the world of robotics using a humanities first approach. Then build robotic prototypes to address problems.

Exciting news: The City of Cambridge has launched a new program to help renters save energy - homeowners and landlords can also participate

The City of Cambridge has partnered with All in Energy, a Boston-based nonprofit, to help Cambridge renters, landlords and homeowners living in 1-4 unit buildings save energy and money at home. All In Energy helps residents sign up for no-cost home energy assessments through the Mass Save program, and supports renters and landlord's to work together to get building insulation and other efficiency upgrades. currently accepting applications forFinch Cambridge, a new 98-unit affordable housing building in Alewife that will be completed in Spring 2020.  We have 1- 2- and 3-bedroom units at a variety of income levels (tiers: up to 30% Area Median Income, 60% AMI, 80% AMI, 100% AMI) including moderate and middle-income tiers. The application period is open until December 15th with the lottery expected to occur in early 2020.
