Fun Nonfiction Resource for Use at Home and School

Facts4Me is a great ad-free informational resource that Tobin subscribes to which means it is available to you 24/7! This is a great place to explore different topics as well as deepen current knowledge of interests. Topics are limited to high interests of elementary students and include lots of pictures.

Students can find a button for this on their Classlink launchpad or you can sign in using U: tobin  P: school

National Nutrition Month:
SNAP & WIC Help Families!

cim logoThe Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides money for food to families in need, so there is less worry about food running out at home. The Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program (WIC) provides healthy foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and other services, free of charge. Are you worried that you won’t have enough food to last the whole month? Have you skipped meals because there wasn’t enough food in your home? These programs can help! From your friends at Cambridge in Motion, a program of the Cambridge Public Health Department, and CPSD Food & Nutrition Services.

Apply for WIC online or call #800.942.1007 for help and more information!
– Apply for SNAP online or call #877.382.2363 for help and more information!
