Student Vaccination Update
Good Evening Cambridge Street Upper School Caregivers,
Just to clarify the messages you may have received regarding Student Vaccination requirements. By November 29th, 2021, Age-eligible students (currently ages 12+) must be fully vaccinated in order to participate in CPS after school extracurricular activities, including athletics, club and intramural sports, student government, afterschool visual and performing arts, all school clubs that meet out of the school day, and school sponsored social events. Given vaccination dosage requirements, meeting the November 29 deadline, means students must receive their first dose no later than October 25 and their second dose no later than November 15. We strongly encourage you to make plans for your child to receive their vaccination as soon as possible. If you have any questions please reach out to Mr. Adams or Ms. Howard.

Play Auditions Coming Soon!
This year's school play will be 2 one-act plays, Chaired by Christian Kiley and FInishing Sentences by Scott Giessler performed in January. Auditions will be Tuesday, October 19th - pick up the audition packet and sign up for a slot on the callboard outside the Drama Room, 1265. All are welcome and no experience necessary. CSUS Work Force Program
The Work Force is a comprehensive after-school educational enrichment, college readiness, and work- readiness program for Cambridge public housing youth. Rolling application deadline until all spaces are full.

Please complete the CPSD Instrument Loan Form as soon as possible. This form allows your scholar to take their instrument home, and helps us keep track of our instrument inventory!
