School Council Meeting (Tonight)
The Morse School Council will hold it's May meeting tonight from 6-7:30PM. At tonight's meeting, I will offer staffing updates, updates on some of our ongoing school initiatives, and preview some of the plans we are putting into place for the coming school year. We will also discuss plans for recruiting and electing new members to the School Council. Meetings are virtual and all members of the Morse School Community are invited and encouraged to attend. Friends of Morse Spring Fair (Sunday)
This Sunday, May 22nd (11AM - 3PM) the Friends of Morse will be holding its annual Spring Fair, Raffle, and Silent Auction. There will games and activities, bouncy houses, food for sale, and an opportunity to attend the unveiling of the the beautiful new mural that local artist Bren Bataclan has created for our school. Cambridge Trails To Rails Bike Tour

Please return your library books!

Please return your overdue library books. We currently have 873 books checked out and 449 are overdue. Today Ms. Pennell will be distributing overdue library book notices to children in grades 1-5. Please take a look around your homes for these materials. If you believe a book has already been returned, email Ms. Pennell to let her know. All questions can be sent to Ms. Pennell.

Cambridge-Somerville Asian Festival

Come celebrate the diversity of Asian American cultures and heritages, co-organized by the Cambridge Families of Asian Descent. From 5:30-7PM on Friday, May 20th at 1060 Broadway, Somerville (mural-in-progress demonstration and art workshops for all ages) and 12-3PM on Saturday, May 21 at Starlight Square in Central Square.
