Friends of Tobin Meeting
The last Friends of Tobin meeting of the school year will be this Thursday, June 2 from 7-8PM. Please join the virtual link to learn more about FoT and ways to get involved; we have some open board positions for next year that we need to fill with dedicated parent volunteers!

Library Dates to Remember
May 31 - June 7: Last week to check out books.
June 10: ALL books need to be returned to the library.
June 13 - 17: Book Swap Week. All students pick donated books to keep.
June 14: Notices of books still out sent home.
Tobin Snapshots
The Childrens' House 3 students attended a wonderful exhibition, a multi-sensory Amazonian Rainforest Experience that was created by the High School Extension School students. The CH 3 students were fascinated by the installation and enjoyed looking at the plants and animals and listening to the sounds of the rainforest. Jill Rogers-Jensen, the teacher at HSEP, gave us a tour and answered all the questions about the project. Thank you, HSEP students and teachers, for creating an Amazonian rainforest at Tobin!

VLUS Triad White Caregivers Working Toward Anti-Racism
Hello G&P, Haggerty, Tobin, and VLUS Families,
Please join the FINAL meeting of the year for the monthly affinity group for VLUS Triad White Caregivers Working Toward Anti-Racism.
The affinity group reads and discusses various texts throughout the year in order to address our own unconscious biases and to take an active role in fighting white supremacy in our schools, communities, and ourselves. At the last meeting of the year, we will reflect on our work together and begin planning for our work next year.
