The students in room 286 spent the last month learning how their bodies work. The students are now able to identify major body parts and were able to inflate their lungs by using straws!

Poetry Awards!
Congratulations to the winner of the Cambridge Public Library/Cambridge Tree Project Seventeenth Annual Poetry Awards from the Tobin School! This year we received nearly 1,100 entries, making for a very tough competition! We congratulate everyone who entered for their wonderful poems.
Tobin’s winner is: Nina Penagos-Esquitin, 1st Place, Kindergarten for her untitled poem beginning “The silvery stars…” The awards ceremony and reading will be held Thursday, May 21 at 6PM in the Lecture Hall at the Main Library, 449 Broadway (next to CRLS). Parking is available in the library's garage for $1/hour.
