Doers

Creative Doers Called to Action!
On May 26, grades 3-5 scholars at the FMA sat down with volunteers and interested citizens from around the city to discuss the rapidly changing neighborhood. Amongst the citizens at the event were Mayor David. P. Maher and employees from local businesses and organizations. Above, some of our scholars pause from their work to take
a picture with the Mayor.

Reading

Genzyme Reading Buddies
We started with the Genzyme Reading Buddies in February with all the first grade students. Each student would read with their reading buddy for 30 minutes every Tuesday. We closed our Reading Buddy year out with a picnic on the playground. What a wonderful ending to an amazing year! We would like to thank Cambridge School Volunteers for their work on supporting this awesome partnership.
