TONIGHT: How Families and Schools
Can Support Positive Relationships Among Kids
January 14 | 7 - 8:30PM. All welcome. Come join us as we explore with Suzanne Baumann how adults can support children to develop positive friendships, navigating all the developmental milestones as well as the challenges of communicating in person and online. A school counselor and family consultant, Suzanne Baumann has 13 years of experience working with children, parents and faculty at the nation’s top independent schools. Spirit Week — A Week of Giving
Rindge
Avenue Upper Campus recently collected canned goods for charity while
showing school enthusiasm during Spirit Week. Spirit Week included twin,
pajama, and sports day. Students were asked to bring in canned goods to
participate in the week, and the kids did a great job and had fun.

9th Grade Families

RAUC 6th Grade Hosts 4th Annual This
I Believe Celebration
After weeks of hard work, the sixth grade recently shared their personal essays at the fourth annual RAUC This I Believe Celebration. Students had studied existing essays, then planned, drafted, revised, and edited 500-700-word essays that combined a belief with a personal experience. Now, after an extended focus on revision, it was time to share finished essays with the public. Read more >>

Northeastern Summer STEM Programs (NUSSP) for Middle and High-School Students
NUSSP is a
free, two-week academic program for students currently in Grades 5-7
that builds STEM knowledge and skills, introduces participants to
college life, and stimulates interest in STEM careers.

The Technovation
Challenge is a worldwide, 12-week technology entrepreneurship
competition in which each team of five middle- or high-school girls
identifies a problem in the local community, builds a prototype mobile
app for it, develops a business plan, and pitches it to potential

Massachusetts students
in Grades 6-12, in teams of 1 or 2, use free software provided by the
