Students: lost anything during the year? Please make sure to check the lost and found in the main office before the last day of school.

Volunteer Opportunities: FRAUC (Families of RAUC) needs your help!

• RAUC Block Party - Clean up
  •  FRAUC needs a few more volunteers to help with clean up for the RAUC Block Party on June 24th from 3-4PM. Interested and available? Please reach out to [email protected] or sign up directly here>>
    
• 6th and 7th grade families:
  • FRAUC needs a couple 6th or 7th grade parents/caregivers to help set up and keep watch over the refreshments for the post-graduation reception on June 27th from 12:45-2:15pm.
  • Interested? Please contact Tracy Walton, FRAUC co-chair. Please feel free to bring a book and your children!

Summer Reading & Math Expectations

(note–this information is also in the supply list information above)

Summer reading

• We will give ALL students one summer reading book. Students should return this book to school in the fall. We expect all students to…
  -Read this book AND 4 other books (so 5 books in total) this summer.
  -Read for at least 20 minutes each day or 2.5 hours a week.
  -Record their reading in this summer reading log>>

Math calendars for summer math practice

• The Math Department has created summer math calendars to help students continue to practice their math skills over the summer. Although these are setup to be used over the summer, students can also use these as ideas to strengthen their mathematics over the school year.

Just for fun: RAUC students run in State & City Championship

RAUC students competed last Wednesday, June 15 at the City Championship and absolutely ran their best. Four RAUC students (pictured below) also competed on Saturday, June 11 at the State Championship! Jasen Thomas ran the 100 meter dash and came in 10th overall for our Division! Congrats to all our students who competed!
